Privacy Policy

Who we are

saasquach.ai is operated by Charles & Roe Inc., an Ontario, Canada company, under the SaaSquach AI name. This policy explains what we collect when you visit, why, and how to reach us. It is written to comply with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). It covers this website only; customer agreements for Sentinel, Neander-Hush and our other products describe how those products handle data.

What we collect when you visit

Very little. This site has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no advertising network, no analytics scripts and no tracking cookies. When you load a page, our hosting provider records the standard server log entry every website generates: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Those logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are kept only for a short period.

Email you send us

If you request a demo or write to us, we keep your message and address so we can reply and follow up on that conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list. Any marketing email we ever send will be opt-in with a working unsubscribe link, as Canada’s anti-spam law requires.

Who we share it with

Our hosting and network provider (Cloudflare) processes traffic to serve the site and holds the server logs described above. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we only disclose it if the law requires us to.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Children

This is a business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Links and changes

Pages may link to other websites, whose privacy practices are their own. When we change this policy we update the effective date at the top of this page.
